But every story has its upsets.Everything in Morris Lessmore’s life, including his own story, is scattered to the winds.   
But the power of story will save the day.  

My Thoughts:

Wow! What a book! This stunningly illustrated book has the rich colors, textures, and dimensions of a pixar animated movie and a heartwarming, bittersweet tale of a man who loves stories. I think if you tried to pull a message out of this you could probably find many, but what I took away was that stories can take you on incredible journeys and will stay with you all your life. The open ending was great because it gave the story a very cyclical feeling. This would be a good choice for older storytimes about book, librarians and libraries
